At Melt Infused Ice Cubes, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, we offer refunds within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in their original packaging. Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns on opened or used ice cube products for health and safety reasons. If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately with photos, and we'll arrange for a replacement or full refund, including shipping costs.

To request a refund, please contact us at info@meltcubes.com with your order number and reason for return. Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days to your original payment method. Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
