At Melt Cubes, we strive to deliver your orders quickly and efficiently. Please review the details below about our shipping process.
1. Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped.
2. Shipping Rates & Methods
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and selected shipping method.

Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days within the U.S.

Expedited Shipping: Available at an additional cost when applicable.
3. Shipping Area
We currently ship to addresses within the United States only. We do not offer international shipping at this time. Orders cannot be delivered to P.O. Boxes, APO, or FPO addresses.
4. Delivery Timeframes
Standard delivery typically takes 3–7 business days after order processing. Delivery times may vary due to weather, carrier delays, or peak holiday seasons. Once an order has shipped, Melt Cubes is not responsible for carrier-related delays.
5. Order Tracking
When your order ships, you’ll receive an email with tracking information. You can track your shipment through the carrier’s tracking portal.
6. Damaged, Lost, or Stolen Packages
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photos of the packaging and product. Melt Cubes is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after the carrier marks them as “delivered.” We recommend shipping to a secure address.
7. Wholesale Orders
Wholesale shipping options and timelines are arranged separately with approved wholesale customers. Larger orders may require additional processing time.
